I use several complementary methods: gestalt therapy to explore what is experienced in the here and now, analytical therapy to understand the impact of the past on the present and relaxation therapy to relieve stress and rediscover a connection between body and mind.

What is Gestalt therapy?

Gestalt is a humanistic therapeutic approach that emphasizes the interaction between people and events. It focuses on experience, promoting an awareness of the here and now to better understand one's emotions and behaviors. By integrating these elements, Gestalt helps to develop a better relationship with oneself and with others.

In my opinion, there is no single approach to support.
The integrative posture brings together several elements of psychotherapy. I am convinced that each individual has within them the resources necessary to develop their potential.

Heart Hour: Free Summer Video Sessions


In the spirit of Irvin Yalom's Hour of the Heart, I am offering free, one-off, no-obligation sessions , lasting 1 hour, via teleconsultation (video) during the summer period (June 1 - August 31, 2025).

This approach allows me to refine my practice , to make myself known , and to prepare for the European certification of psychotherapy (CEP) .

 

This is a real therapy space , where you can freely explore what you are experiencing, in a caring and professional setting.

If you wish to continue the work you have started, regular sessions can then be offered (this time for a fee), but without any obligation on your part.
