Stephane Eguienta
Psychotherapy

Welcome
Being listened to in a caring space with trust, authenticity, confidentiality and above all without judgment. This is what I propose to create together in order to evolve towards a path of transformation. A new look at oneself, at others and at what surrounds us.
Who am I?
Thanks to my previous experiences in business, in commerce and within the CSE (Social and Economic Committee), I decided to reorient myself towards psychotherapy after a deep work on myself. Today, I am listening and ready to accompany you in your life journeys. My goal is to help you overcome obstacles and find your own path to fulfillment.
Trained at Savoir Psy, a school approved by the FF2P (French Federation of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis).
I integrate an approach including Gestalt therapy, Psychotherapy and Relaxation therapy.
My position is integrative and humanistic.
During our first session we will be able to get to know each other, take stock of your expectations and needs and we will set the framework for our next meetings.

About

“History is illuminated by the light of the present, and the present itself is structured by its context.
The surrounding stories constitute a framework of beliefs, memories and behaviors that can evolve according to the encounters. The key to the past is the present. And what structures the present is our relationship."
Boris Cyrulnik
What is Gestalt therapy?
Gestalt is a humanistic therapeutic approach that emphasizes the interaction between people and events. It focuses on experience, promoting an awareness of the here and now to better understand one's emotions and behaviors. By integrating these elements, Gestalt helps to develop a better relationship with oneself and with others.
An integrative and humanist posture
In my opinion, there is no single approach to support.
The integrative posture brings together several elements of psychotherapy. I am convinced that each individual has within them the resources necessary to develop their potential.
